In order to lose those "pesky pounds," you have to move that body! Yes even though you may not want have to get up and exercise! Weight loss is predominantly a mental game, however it is so very important to burn up those extra calories by exercising at least thirty minutes per day!
So it is up to you to make time for exercise to lose those pesky pounds! Come on work with me people, we make time for the all the other things that we want to do...we can make time for exercise! Trust me! I have faith in you!!!
Remember to move that body and watch those "pesky pounds" disappear!
