Hi Followers! Yes it is another Christmas Eve and it is time to celebrate...or is it? Yes it is a time to celebrate and truly enjoy yourself! Do us all a favor and cut yourself some slack! Christmas only comes once a year and even though you need to eat smaller portions and only eat in moderation...you need to celebrate also! Do not deprive yourself!
