"How Badly Do You Want to Lose the Excess Weight?"

     How badly do you want to lose that excess weight?  Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
I can remember walking by a store window in a mall and I wondered why my body appeared to be larger than life!  I thought to myself, "That can't possibly be me!"  "I am not that overweight!"  But I knew the answer and everyone around me knew the answer!  I was unhappy about my weight and I am now determined to continue to do something about my weight!  Even though I have lost 37 pounds, I still need to lose more weight to reach my healthy weight goal.
   How did I lose 37 pounds in 4 months?  I prayed a lot!  I also asked God  for guidance, wisdom, strength, self-control, grace and mercy.  God showed up and showed out and gave me so much more!  I started with a healthy weight loss plan, I changed my diet by incorporating more fruits and vegetables, and I eat less (portions), I drink more water, and exercise at least 30 minutes per day.  I also work on my attitude.  I find that I lose weight faster if I am in a good mood.  I admonish you to talk to your physician before you take on a new weight loss program!

      Prayer is so very important when you are trying to lose weight.  God answers prayers therefore, you must pray for grace, mercy, wisdom,  self-control, strength and peace.  God is an awesome wonderful God and he wants us to be happy!   Weight loss plays a key role in my happiness!  My goal is to help others to feel the joys of weight loss in Thinutopia where everyone feel great about themselves and their weight!

     Today is a great day to visualize and see yourself thin!  It is so very important to see yourself in that awesome outfit that you have been dreaming about!  Imagine for several minutes per day exactly how you will feel when you reach your goals!  You must have total faith that you can be thinner, healthier and happier.  Visualize!  See yourself thin! Do it today!  For tomorrow is not promised!

"What Are You Eating and What Is Eating You?

     Are you seriously considering what you are eating?  Do you think about the number of calories that you are consuming on a day to day basis.  Are you on a seafood diet?  Do you see food and then eat it.  Have you ever written down what you consume in one day?  Trust me you would be shocked and apalled!  It is time to get a handle on your eating habits.  You are the only one who can control what goes in to your mouth! Do you want to live the life that you are currently living or do you want to start a new improved healthier happier life?  You make the decision! Time is of the essence!
    Now let's get personal!  What is eating you?  You know that you are not overeating because you are hungry!  You know you are not overeating because you are helpless when it comes to "comfort foods!"  Is the temporary comfort that decadent foods give you worth the years of misery that you suffer because you consumed too many "comfort" foods?  The answer is "no!" they are worth it.  There is a reason that you are overeating.  There is something that is eating you!  You need to search your heart and soul to get to the heart of the matter.  I admonish you to get to the heart of the matter today so that you can change your life forever!  Time is of the essence!    I recently lost 37 pounds and I know that weight loss has a psychological  and physical component.
