If you have made resolutions to lose weight in 2011 then I am here to help you! As we all know the number one New Year's Resolution is to lose weight! We have all made this resolution in our lives but this year will be different! We are going to get our heads into the weight loss game! It is time to apply ourselves and create a weight loss program and we must stick to our well thought out program!!!
We must do whatever is necessary to lose the weight! We must eat less food, drink more water, exercise @ least 30 minutes per day, weigh in at least twice weekly and minimize the consumption of decadent foods! Come on work with me people! We can do this!
