So how much are you trading your life for? Are you the Judas in your own life who is forfeiting everything for greed! You know it is wrong to betray yourself, but you do it any way! But how long do you think you can continue to betray your body! You know you need to lose that weight! You know you need to fight for you! If you don't fight for you, who will? So now is the perfect time during the most important Christian holiday, when so much love has been given to all of us to give that love back especially to yourself!
