"You've Gotta Move That Body!"

   You have to move your body!  You have to get up and exercise!  You and I know that weight loss is predominantly a mind game, but you have to exercise to lose weight!  Exercise provides many  benefits to your heart and body!  You need to move it!   Stop procrastinating  and start moving that body!  You should be exercising at least 30 minutes per day.  I know you waste more than 30 minutes because i am speaking from my own  personal experience!  Before you start any program, I admonish you to talk to your physician to make sure that your health is stable and you can tolerate an exercise program!!!
     So you have an invitation to exercise and move that body?  What are you going to do with it?  Your quality and quantity of life depend on your answer!
