Today my son and his peers performed in the Honor Bands and I listened to extraordinary music created by middle-schoolers! As the band played on I was impressed as these young people put their hearts and souls into their music. They had a goal to reach and they exceeded it! They knew they wanted to be successful and they worked to reach their goals and we all were the beneficiaries of their hard work!!! We can all take a page from their sheet of music!
We must set our weight loss goals and we must reach our weight loss goals! We must exceed our goals! We must do what we have to do to be successful! Be A winner in your weight loss war. Be like that Honor Bands and excel in your weight loss endeavors! You can do this!
