"Is Weight Loss More Mental or Physical?"

   I recently lost 37 pounds and I know that weight loss has a psychological  and physical component. In order to be successful  in your weight loss endeavors, you must prepare yourself mentally for the challenge.  It is so very important to pray and ask God for guidance, strength, courage, self-control and wisdom to stick with your selected weight loss program.  You need to make up your mind to do the right things to make your weight loss program successful!  Do not procrastinate!  Haven't you procrastinated enough? Think your way to successful weight loss success!
