Please remember to be good to yourself during the Christmas holiday and every day. Remember less is more! Remember moderation is the key! Remember you can have your favorite decadent food! Just do not eat all of it. Smaller portions is the way to go! Share your favorite food with a loved one. They deserve it because we all deserve to have our palates pampered :) ! Give yourself a break, and cut yourself some slack! Remember less food can equal more weight loss!
