    Always remember to pray for guidance, wisdom, peace, knowledge, self confidence. will power and success in your weight loss endeavors!  God loves to answer our prayers and if it is important to us, it is important to Him!  Therefore talk to our Father about your needs and I will guarantee that He will answer your prayers!  He answers mine and what He does for me He will do for you! We can work on helping that person to come out and see the light of day!  Why must we keep this person in the dark when we all know that this person really wants to see the light? 
      Let's all see the light!  The thinner you who wants to come and play needs your help and assistance to come and be free!  Work with your thinner you!  Listen to her/him when she/he talks to you!  A Thinner you wants to come out and play in Thinutopia!  Release the thinner you now before it is too late!!!

  Is weight loss a mental or physical game?  I am asking this question again for one reason and one reason only, to get you to seriously think about this poignant question!  I know that from my past experience that weight loss is a mental game!  You have to wrap your mind around the concept of weight loss and figure out how to lose those"pesky pounds!"  This is a divine appointment!  You know as well as i do that  your apprehensions against weight loss are all in your mind!  Wrap your mind around this!  Realize that losing weight is a mind game and that you and only you have the power to to win this game! You can do this!!!

"Man/Woman in the Mirror!'

     If you really want to make the world a better place then look in the mirror and make that change!  This of course includes weight loss but it also includes any changes that you know you need to make that will improve your life!  Stop procrastinating! What is stopping you from making those changes?  Examine you life and see what is keeping you from enjoying your precious gift of life.  You need to know so that you can move forward and you can enjoy your God-given gift more!  This is a divine appointment!
